Welcome to the Freedom Points Terms of Service. These terms govern your participation in our loyalty program, through which you can earn and redeem points for bookings made via Modern America Campgrounds. By joining, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • Participation in the Freedom Points ("Program") is open to individuals aged 18 or older with a valid account on Modern America Campgrounds' platform.
  • Employees, affiliates, and partners of Modern America Campgrounds may not be eligible for participation or may be subject to separate terms.

2. Enrollment

  • Users must register through Modern America Campgrounds' platform to participate in the Program.
  • Enrollment is free, and only one account per person is permitted.

3. Earning Points

  • Bookings: Members will earn points for every eligible booking made through Modern America Campgrounds.
  • Points Calculation: Points awarded may vary based on the booking amount, type of service, and promotional offers in effect at the time of booking.
  • Additional Earning Opportunities: Members may earn bonus points through special promotions or partner activities as specified by Modern America Campgrounds.

4. Point Redemption

  • Eligible Services: Points can be redeemed for discounts on future bookings and other eligible products or services as specified on Modern America Campgrounds' platform.
  • Redemption Rate: Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed according to the conversion rate provided at the time of redemption.
  • Expiration of Points: Points will expire if there is no account activity (earn or redeem) within a 12-month period.

5. Account Maintenance

  • Members are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up-to-date.
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with points from other accounts or exchanged for cash.

6. Program Changes and Termination

  • Modern America Campgrounds reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, including adjusting point values, earning rates, redemption options, or other aspects of the Program.
  • Members will be notified of significant changes or termination at least 30 days in advance. Unused points may be forfeited upon Program termination.

7. Limitations and Exclusions

  • Points are only awarded for completed bookings and may not apply to canceled or refunded transactions.
  • Points cannot be earned or redeemed for certain products or services as specified by Modern America Campgrounds or during blackout periods.

8. Account Violations

  • Any suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms may result in the forfeiture of points and the suspension or termination of a member's account.
  • Modern America Campgrounds reserves the right to reverse or cancel points and rewards in cases where bookings are found to be invalid, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.

9. Privacy

  • Your participation in the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and share your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Modern America Campgrounds is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from participation in the Program, including lost, stolen, or misused points.
  • The Program is provided "as is," and Modern America Campgrounds disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
